Conversations with those who inspire our vision of yoga : today, a moment with Yamina, B2B Sales Manager at b,halfmoon Europe

Since August 2023, Yamina has been supporting b,halfmoon’s growth across Europe with a deeply human approach. As B2B Sales Manager, she works closely with yoga studios, distributors, and clients, with a clear mission: to grow the brand while staying true to its core values of well-being and authenticity.

But beyond business development, her work is about connection. Understanding, listening, supporting - for Yamina, every collaboration is a relationship built over time.

Meet the person who brings the brand’s voice to life on the ground every day.

Building lasting relationships, beyond the product

In her role, Yamina is at the center of exchanges with yoga professionals across Europe. Studios, distributors, clients : she supports each of them in discovering and integrating b,halfmoon products.                                          But for her, the essence of her work goes far beyond the product itself. “I like to build lasting relationships with clients” she explains. An approach grounded in listening and trust.

Understanding each studio’s specific needs, adapting to their expectations, and offering the most relevant solutions, every collaboration is unique. This long-term support allows her to build strong relationships where guidance and advice truly matter.                                                                                      Some client feedback has particularly stayed with her, especially when she has been able to follow a project from start to finish. From the first contact to the opening of a studio, including product selection, she is involved every step of the way. “The gratitude for being able to support them until the end and being available” are among the most meaningful moments in her day-to-day work.

Products designed for practice… and validated in the field

Through her conversations, certain pieces of feedback come up time and again. At the top of the list: product quality, especially when it comes to the b,mat. Grip is often the most mentioned feature. It’s essential for practitioners, who are looking for both stability and comfort in their practice. Added to that is the wide range of colors available, allowing studios to create spaces that reflect their identity.

Another key point that stands out is the manufacturing process: the mats are made in Spain, close to the company’s headquarters in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. This proximity reassures clients and aligns with a more local, thoughtful production approach, consistent with the brand’s values.

For Yamina, this feedback is invaluable. It helps her better understand the needs of the field and continue offering solutions that truly match the expectations of the professionals she works with.

“Stay grounded and keep moving forward”

In her daily work, Yamina is guided by a simple mantra: “stay grounded and keep moving forward.” It reflects both her professional approach and her broader mindset.

Balancing business development with human connection, she embodies a way of working where performance never comes at the expense of relationships. This ability to stay aligned while moving forward steadily echoes the values she associates with the brand.

If she had to describe bhalfmoon in three words, they would be: quality, well-being, and authenticity. Three pillars that guide her work and that she strives to share in every interaction.

Growing the brand while staying true to its essence

Through her role, Yamina contributes to expanding b,halfmoon across Europe, while preserving what makes it unique: a brand that remains close to its clients, attentive, and committed.

More than just growth, she represents a vision - one of tailored support, where every studio and every client finds their place. And in a fast-evolving industry, this ability to combine listening, quality, and authenticity may well be the key to moving forward… while staying true to what matters most.
