The only yoga mat you’ll ever need! This has been my daily yoga mat for over 7(!!) years. I primarily teach and practice hot yoga, and this mat has completely eliminated the need for a yoga towel to prevent slipping. I recommend this to all of my clients!

Pour l'instant, je revis avec ce tapis. Une accroche incroyable en tout circonstances (Sec, humide...), presque trop au départ. Mais, on apprend à déplacer ces pieds en les soulevant. Plus de problème pour envoyer un handstand en sautant de l'arrière du tapis en ayant peur que celui-ci ou les mains ne bougent. Les 6 mm, le confort de plus par rapport mon ancien tapis Lululemon. Le petit moins, accroche la poussière, le revers d'une accroche incroyable, Également, sur le tapis long 4 cm en plus sur la largeur serait à envisager, pour s'adapter au yogiste grand et large d'épaules. Sinon, la précision des appuis, me ramène à un yoga beaucoup soutenu. Merci à l'équipe, d'avoir accepter mon annulation de commande avec un tapis de 4 mm long pour un 6 mm long.
As a seasoned yogini, I enjoy a daily Vinyasa or Ashtanga practice. I love this mat. It offers the best grip I’ve ever experienced – it’s sticky, not slippy. The wider and longer dimensions of the Long & Strong model are a real advantage. They are perfect for my 178 cm frame, eliminating the need for constant adjustments to remain on the mat. I appreciate the extra 2 mm of cushioning, which enhances comfort whilst maintaining stability, even in the most demanding standing balance poses. I also use my B Mat for rotational fitness classes, Pilates, mobility work, HIIT and strength training. Overall, it’s the best mat I’ve tried. It’s also incredibly durable and will last for years, even for those with a daily full-length yoga practice. I highly recommend the B Mat (unless someone prefers a slipperier surface). I’ve gifted it to friends several times. They all say it’s a real game-changer, not just because of the excellent grip, but also because it stays put whilst moving. Note: The odour of the natural rubber will disappear after a new mat is left out to air for a few days.
Gripp und Komfort der Matte sind großartig, besser geht es nicht. Kleiner Nachteil: sie zieht Schmutz sehr stark an. Nach jeder Yoga-Stunde sieht sie schlimm aus und ich muss sie mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen. Das wiederum geht prima.
It collects all dust and dirt too easily and has too strong of a grip that your feet can’t move/slide into position.
Already got one Strong Long 6mm and the second is as perfect for me as the first!
The mat is a bit difficult to roll it up! And you need a bigget bag to transport it! It does not fit in a regular seize
First time trying out a 6 mm mat when I usually practice on a 4 mm mat. It gives just that right amount more cushioning e.g. for my (poor) knees without feeling squishy. Love the extra length. And LOVE the grip. This is my third Bmat. If you’re looking for a grippy mat that you can just roll out and start practising without having to mess about with salt scrubs or jump through hoops - look no further.

The B mat is super duper grippy! If you're looking for that stabilizing non-slip feature then this is the mat for you. Comes in many thicknesses which I love, thin for travel and thick for home practice. Great product!

This is my favourite mat I've ever used! It was recommended to me by one of the best yoga teachers I know and it's has the greatest support for all levels of practice and during hot yoga!

I have practiced on mats from all of the large names in yoga and by far this is the grippiest mat I have practiced on. I sweat a lot and most of the other mats would need a towel for me not too slip. Not my b mat. My stance is rock solid and I’m able to focus on my practice and not whether or not I’m going to slip and hurt myself.
I was using a 10mil mat but felt it stretched as I was grounding my feet in a Warrior or even DD. This mat was recommended as a replacement by my yoga studio. I am so happy!! I am 6' tall so this is plenty long and it's cushion and grip are spectacular! I feel more confident and have better balance. Would love a teal or pink one!!
I am a 6 ft tall, 200 lbs, guy with knees that like a bit more cushion in a mat. With the B Mat Strong Long 6 mm mat, my forehead and toes are always on the mat and the stickiness is excellent for when I warm up and begin to perspire. I always have perfect grip and can stay 'on my mat' throughout my practice. I have seen some reviewers express concern about the odor and I have a good sense of smell and it is almost non-existent and not offensive at all. My wife purchased this for me as a gift, sight-unseen, and I am extremely happy with the description given which matched my expectation. When it comes time for a new mat in the future, I'll get another B Mat.
I've had this mat in black for almost 2 years now. I was a total beginner at the time of purchase. It felt really weird paying over $100 for a piece of rubber, but it was easily worth it in hindsight! I gotta take it with me if I'm staying at my partner's place for a while because the cheapo mat available there just doesn't cut it. The strength and the grippyness of the b yoga mat (my yoga mat) really lets you be active in your moves, pushing and pulling against the ground. The thickness does pretty good on my sensitive knees. I swear my partner dug their nails into it because there are a few scratches. The black also looks dirty quickly. The grippyness mysteriously attracts flax seeds from around my tiny 1 bedroom apartment. But I'm totally impressed. I thought I was wasting my money but the mat was well worth it and has brought a lot of good into my life.
I was hesitant to purchase this due to the price, but decided to take the plunge when a friend and yoga instructor recommended it. I only wish I'd bought it sooner! It's as grippy as they say it is. I used to hold tension in certain poses, focused on not slipping or falling. My first time using the mat and I was able to just BE. It felt incredible. I can't recommend this mat enough. It's a very firm foam, so I appreciate the extra cushioning of the 6mm thickness. The firmness adds to the stability without compromising comfort. It's totally worth the price!
I've had Manduka emo series, tries Giam…. This one by far beats all the others. I never slip. I can sweat in peace and know my downward dog will hold the stretching. I'm in love with my mat. I recieved it beginning April 2021 and now we're goi no July. I use it everyday for 15-30-60 minutes at a time. There is a little scuffing from my heels, which is normal since it's sooo grippy. I has taken my practice to a different level and it's thick enough and long enough for me. I'm nearly 6' woman and I've got bad knees. After doing my research, this was my only best option. Nothing beats a BYoga mat! The grip is amazing especially if you take hot classes or just get clammy hands like myself. It is super cushioned and the colours are all beautiful. I only ever recommend BYoga mats and I have tried every other brand and still nothing beats these.

I had to come write a review after someone approached me to ask about where I got a longer mat. As a tall person sometimes I'd slip off the mat. I was worried it might be too long or I'd get in others way or something, but it's perfect. Whatever the material is made of my feet don't slip when they get sweaty, This mat is actually perfect and I will certainly buy another if mine ever wears out but it's going strong ~3 years later
